Fbb — refused to provide the bill

This is regarding the refusal of store person to provide the bill. I purchased a trpuser worth rs.699 today and when i went on billing counter, store person asked me for the money and when i asled back for the bill, he refused it saying that if you want bill come tomorrow and he kept back the trouser behaving so rudely. Please take some action on this because i have faced the misbehaviour issue lf store person twice in the same store.
