Today we had gone to fbb in growels 101, kandivali east. When we went to womens section we didn't expect to receive such worse treatment ever from their sales person. They were very rude and didn't even let us check the kurtis we had to buy, but they kept glaring at us and telling us to not touch or open the foldings of cloth if we r not going to buy any kurti. But how are we supposed to know if the kurti is good or not and if the size is correct for my sister without even opening them. The sales person even spoke rudely and very harshly, the sales lady was continuously glaring at us and we couldn't even buy the desired kurti . The worst worst experience ever, no respect or kindness at all to the customers... Very bad service . It shows how much poor service the FBB provides to the customers. How bad they have trained their sales people to speak with the customers... Very bad service. I did not like their bad attitude ... Was this information helpful? |
