Fbb — staff behavior

I had been to fbb, soul space arena, blr. I shopped many things where seamless body shaper (Sbs) and belt were two among them. They haven't opened the magnet associated with the belt and the sbs. No proper response to customer, i'm not free to go again just to remove the magnet in the items. Poor staff behavior, i'll recommend everyone not to go there.

After the billing they had forgotten to keep the blow dryer and sbs in the bag as i was in a hurry i left that place. But one of the staffs called and he told me to pick the items which i appreciate. Again i went to fbb from my office and picked up the items. One more time i can't go to remove the magnet. Irresponsible behavior from the staffs.

None of the person will be there shoe section and i hardly found staffs in the dress section. I was tired of calling the staff so i personally climbed on the stool to get a shoe of my size because it was in the top most rack.

I'll never shop in fbb, guys i'm fed up of you today. I want justice for what has happened.

Will you guys give my time back?
