Fbb — terrible product quality

Hi fbb team,

This is regarding a recent purchase which was done on 1st may, 2019. I had bought 2 pairs of shoes from mani square, fbb. It has been just 20 days or so and one of the shoes is just broken from middle. Photos of the same along with invoice attached for your reference..

This terribly low quality of product was just not expected from a renowned brand like yours. I have not came across such cheap quality even in roadside products.

Please look into this matter and arrange for a complete refund or i will have to post the same on social media for peoples awareness. And also i will make sure that this would be my last ever purchase from fbb and will refrain all my close ones to shop from fbb.
