[Resolved] Fedbank Financial Services — Unauthorized Gold loan active showing in my CIBIL

In my CIBIL report one gold loan account of Rs 28, 172/- is active and overdue amount is showing 29, 885/- from Fed Bank Financial Services Ltd. But I have neither taken any gold loan nor I have been contacted by any representative of above mentioned company. It has been opened way back in 26/12/2020 without my information. This has been affecting my CIBIL score badly. I want to know how this account has been opened without my information.
