I have opened a federal bank account from app FI its a online account it was running very well till 17th November. when i tried to do transaction suddenly i could not do transaction i tried contacting bank they said my account is active due to our some mistake your account is inactive we will be activating ur account in 24 to 48 hours and after 2 days when i tried again my account still showing active but i could not do any transaction i went to branch where they informed me my account has been freeezed due to cyber complaint but till now i am not notified through email or anything about cyber complaints account still showing active on app please help me solve this issue. they can not just freeze my account without informing me.
