[Resolved] Federal Bank — cash transferred is in queued transaction.not refunded

I have transferred money from my account and cash deducted. But cash is in qued transaction. How can i solve the problem and get my money back. I have transferred money on 02/04/19 to a icici bank account. But the account holder didn't get the money, and in fed mobile it shows qued transaction. Federal Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. While I recharging my dth 220 rupees deducted from my account but my dth is not recharged. I did the recharge twice but both was unsuccessful but money was deducted twice 220+220
