[Resolved]  Federal Bank — federal bank fed net online transfer failed /timed out and lost money

Address: Thrissur, Kerala, 680741

Transaction through fednet for rs. 6960/- made for ksfe chitty payment with transaction id[protected] on 03/02/2019 at 09.50am. Transaction was failed and chitty amount not remitted but amount deducted from my account. No. [protected]. That time itself mail sent to support. But no response received till now.

Kindly do the needful to revert the amount back to my a/c as early as possible.

I tried to transfer amount of Rs.100 via UPI. The amount was not transferred, and it showed transaction unsuccessful in the transaction tab, but my balance got deducted by Rs.100 eventhough the transaction was unsuccessful. Please resolve this quickly.

I was paid RS. 200 to petrol station on the time transaction was failed but amount is debited in the morning
