Last year july /16/17 i loss 43000 rs from my account through duplicate atm withdraw
I complained to my branch and i submitted evidence. Cyper crime complaint letter also
Still federal bank manager didn't take any action regarding my complaints
Please take some action regarding my complaint

I submit all documents to my branch and federal zonal office of Bangalore
But your team didn't take action regarding my complaint
Please refund my money
