[Resolved]  Federal Bank — refund not received

I booked a tatkal train ticket on[protected]. First transaction failed but money was deducted from my account. Then i retried and booked the ticket. Money was deducted twice. I waited 10 days for the refund but i have not received it yet. Following are details of transaction:

Cameras not working in branch since last week we made a complain and still its not attended. Kindly arrange to get it resolved at the earliest.
