My parcel (t.no.[protected] has crossed the destination & they are updating my parcel status everyday as it's in "local facility" despite being few kms away. I tried connecting to the support department but most of their contact no. Are invalid-not reachable with poor network. This inconsiderate-irresponsible crew doesn't respond to mails. Despite being failed to deliver on scheduled date their has not been a single call or sms from their end.i don't understand why are they not able to resolve such minor issues causing agitation to clients.i request fedex staff to figure it out immediately.

They mailed me the registered complaint reference no. Which has been forwarded to the concerned team. From that day they started acting til date they were lazy deceiving clients as per their convenience. After two days I got it. ADVISORY: don't subscribe fedex they are cheaters.
FedEx customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
