Fedral Bank (Redcarpet) — transaction failure but money deducted from my card

Hello sir/madam this is somesh patil. I am having a federal bank credit card from red carpet i did a transaction of rs 3000 at sbi atm date is 12/05/2020 but transaction was failed however money would be deducted from my credit card limit. I have raised this issue at redcarpet. My user id at redcarpet is 812544 my card number ending with 1278 was declined at sbi atm madha road kurduwadi dist solapur 413208. But amount was deducted it's still not reversed. Please look into it.
