Dear HR(So Called),
I am really surprised to see such a bold reply from you on behalf of the management.
I am myself one of the trainees from the batch of 2007 where you have office at Saidapet.
I have many reasons to say your company/Institute as a fraud. Here the list follows:
1. You never said that you will give us training and academic project while the so called campus interview.
2. There was no mention about the amount we need to pay for the so called training and project.
3. There were no proper facility for the training(which you claim)
4. There was a 2BHK home taken for rent in Adayar for training after the owner of the building finds your fraud and they thrown you away, you have set up another 2BHK home near TNagar(mahalingapuram).
5. There was no system for practical training. No training material given.
6. There were only theory classes (Which we have gone thru for 4 years)
7. The project which we have got is only the project title. There was no mentor or guide for the project.
8. You have given the same title to many people. after we started asking many questions, You closed the premise and asked extra money for the certificate.
We hope you still follow the same business policy after seeing the above review even after 8 years.
Please change yourself and be brave to accept your failure!

Whether we are software industry, training industry or consultancy, we are not doing any free service for any one.If you do not want our service better keep away.As a management staff I just took a background history of yours.You joined with us as an fresher, With nill knowledge in your technology.As per our policy, people who have learned the technologies will stay back with us as an employee, others will not be given an opportunity for the same.
We found even after given training you were not improving your knowledge, then what is the purpose of giving training.
We can only give chances to learn, you are the person who has to utilise this.
We are least bother about your complaints, because you are not worth posting this.
I would like to inform you the fact why we took candidates for training:
We've come a long way since we took people on the basis of a decent interview. We've learned a number of lessons on the way: first, a mistake in hiring a person costs you really in the long term, both in wasted training and in the excessive management time to try to keep them on track, so it's worth investing time in it. Second, even after the above process we can still get it wrong, so we are quick to terminate employment during the probation period if they turn out to be unsuitable. There is a saying: a company's largest unnecessary expense is the time between realising a person is not right for the role and subsequently doing something about it.
Thankfully we've not had to fire unsuitable recruits too often. This happened as we focus on fresher’s or final year students, who are willing to join as trainee, get them train in our project, After finishing the training, candidate with good technical knowledge will stay with us as an employee.
Thus this becomes a mutual benefit for both organisation and individual, in terms of having Good candidates and in terms of learning technical knowledge respectively.
We are glad to inform that our software is currently running in 500 locations successfully.
