I got good marks in my +2 but was not eligible for medicine in Tamilnadu. I had an option to go to China. We approached few consultants and gathered details about China and universities. me and 2 other friends decided to prefer Qingdo university in china.
Then my dad got details of fence academy and told me details about university of perpectual help dalta in Manila. I tried to convince my friends for that but they refused to go to perpectual help university. Finally i told ok to my parents and paid admission fees through fence academy.
The way they speak initially will be heart touching. Ater you pay money they never respect you. They will tell you if you join any of your friends they will pay you commission. This is the way they cheat innocent village people as they easily fall into trap.
After all process initially we paid around 10 lakhs to fence abroad. after reaching the college we were all shocked. the college was not in manila.
It is approximately 250 km away from Manila and not even as Chengalpattu or Arakonam which is called Chennai as of now. It was a very rural and undeveloped zone where the college is located.When we met our seniors they told all students there were suffering and had fear over their feature as education was not upto the mark there. Most of them who had money applied transfer of college and has gone there.
That is the reason they have shutdown the company way2philippines and now operating in different name fence abroad.
When days went on we understood there were no proper hospital tieups and plastic bodies were given to us during our labs.
My Friends who are in Quingdao university feel very bad for me and their university was ver much higher than their expectations.
There are lot of other issue going on in the university which we are not able to guess.
Please dont believe fence abroad. they only take you to University of perpectual help which is very very low in ranking.

Medical College - Help System DALTA. The university was told to be in manila, Philippines. It was a fake information.
Would you say villupuram as Chennai. Will any one accept Villupuram as Chennai. The worst Case is The college is approx about 125 km away from Manila.
The only this is college has some infrastructure and these Frauds Fence Academy has their office inside the campus. Which means both college and These frauds are cheating students together.
Lots of highlights were told to us before we go to Philippines. But nothing was true. The worst part is girls (even my friends ) started drinking and going to night clubs where there is control over it.
Girls from North are doing Part time job ( prostitution ) for pocket money. which parents are not aware of.It is a very rural area in philippines and not city.
Most of our seniors have transferred to different colleges and we are alos waiting for better college. Please dont believe these frauds.
