I bought a home theatre in date 05.10.2020
F 203 G 2.1 Speaker.
After 5 Days of purchasing speaker is not working .
I am informed to Retail outlet,
Retailer say's he informed to service center, after some days service man will be come to Retail outlet and checking the problem and he say's there was a big problem in home theatre and he was unable to repair in same time so he carry the Home theater for repair in service center.
Till time till date 3 months complete but still I can't receive any solution and Home theater also.
Last day date 07.01.2021
Service center boy say's they are trying to many times but unable to repair speaker so he replaced the speaker and they give me upgrade model f 210 2.1 speaker in date 12.01.2021 .
Again they come in retailor outlet and handover the defective home theatre . I think Home theater are many sides damage and ruff condition. I am not accepting the speaker in this condition. Then he says please give me more extra time to repair the home theatre . And service center boy can not provide any jobsheet or complaint no.
So, this is my problem.
I hope you all understand my problem.
I want perfect solution . And as per service boy commitment I want new home theatre. Because I can't used the product after purchasing.
