Dear Sir/Ma'am
I happen to purchase a Branded Bag from FEDNI Store Emporio Mall Vasant Kunj New Delhi which costed me 90, 500/- I bought it last year in on October 29. I have used that bag just twice may be. After that i packed it in Dust bag And kept it in Cupboard.
I went to London for 6 months as my husband has work in London. Once i came back i saw the bag was of leather and of light cream colour and it had black spots on it.
I went to them this year in July and asked them to change it or repair it they said it is not the manufacturing fault.They are not willing to change it. Whereas, when i went their one of the customer was also complaining for the same problem.
One of their employees say that minimum exchange warranty is for 6 months whereas, their Manager says that the warranty is for 15 days. Their own statement doesn't match. When i asked them for terms and conditions they said sorry we can't provide you any terms and conditions.
When i checked the bill their is nothing mention for the exchange. Their is no warrant card even.
Please sir/ma'am its a huge money invested by me in that stupid branded bag can u help me to get grievence of my complaint. Because for me it is actually a big amount. I can't let it waste like this.
I will be really obliged i[censored] can help me to get my money back or exchange my bag.
