Fern And Petals — Non delivery of the order

My order no is 26458705 was not delivered. I wish I could have give you 0 rating, placed the order for a cake and some chocolates to give surprise to me beloved one and in evening first they didn't conveyed anything and put my order on hold, later on whey I called them so they are so well trained they say we can't deliver your product as the delivery person I not responding they charged 712 rs and I paid in advance.
