[Resolved]  Ferns N Petals — Cake not delivered and delivery boy not taking up the calls

We placed an order for the cake on 4th August 2024, order no. 54352131. But failed to deliver, simply coming up with the reason, the door is locked, even though everyone was there at home . The delivery boy would have called us, before leaving or returning the cake. Very bad experience, such a fraud service.

I need refund or redelivery arrangement immediately.
