Ferrero Rocher — Found a live worm on my ferrero rocher chocolate

Hi Team, I bought a pack of ferrero rocher chocolate while eating the last chocolate I found a worm on the chocolate. Dont know how many I already ate which is very disgusting. I called ferrero rocher customer service to complain about this they told me that a representative will come to collect the sample and investigate but no steps are taken since 3 days past. This is highl not acceptable they are playing with public health. Request you to please help me with this. Thanks, Anshita
