Sub : Product not delivered and Non traceable of the company and no response from given company mail ID

For your kind information
I have recently gone through an advertisement on my Face book Page and explored the same to know more about the above ref., product – Laser Beam Pro
Since the product was very impressive and came with a discount too, I went through their website by clicking the link provided by them on the given portal of the company https://festivashop01.myshopify.com

After all review I am ok with the product and made a payment of INR – 588/- and received an acknowledgement mail too on 07th July 2022 (ref., attached – Capture 2)
But after couple of days when I tracked the order on the given like I was shocked to know that the company I am trying is not available and unable to track my order (ref., attached – Capture 3 & Capture 4)

Smart move of them is after my order and my successful payment, their advertisement and links was removed from my Facebook

I have also emailed to the given mail ID - [protected]@gmail.com but no response from their end till now (ref., attached – Capture 5)

Now I understood I was on a trap and a victim of Online Cyber Fraud and lost my money, anyhow the amount was not so huge but however my complaint here to address the issue is

It should not happen to others and they should not fall on these type of traps,

kind request to identify the culprit company if possible and do the needful to block such ads/promos circulated on social medias further
