We sent the parcel from uk to morocco, normally and with fedex priority it should take 4 working days, the parcel shipped on 29 april and now we are 5 mai i still not get my parcel, fedex call me today they said that i must pay 70 euros only for service, and other customs payment fees... there is inside my parcel my used small moka coffee, my used mobile phone(huawei) and my gas mask for my farm against dust and chimic products and 2 plastic gloves, 2 caberners, 2 microsd thats all.
we worked with dhl it was never happen ... we dont understand whats happen... and why we should pay again for second time... for our duty... we already paid fedex in uk and now we should pay again fedex for having our normal products...
fedex call us to pay 60 euros for customs (im agree) but they ask me to pay for fedex service 72 euros :) i dont understand that...
fedex they call again and they charge me 32 euros more..
i received the parcel my mask and filter is opened from its original package scratchs on screen...
one caberner stooled...
