Fidato Technologies — Charging for box when it is not allowed by law

Should I take my sweets in a polybag?
How can brands charge for a sweet box if they are selling sweets?

Haldiram Khatauli & Haldiram Jangpura both are charging 50/- INR for box when packing sweets. If you do not consent they have no other option to pack the sweet elsewhere. Box should not be billed separately, Its not fair to consumer.
