[Resolved]  Fiitjee — FIITJEE do not refund any amount, even if its a serious case

My brother just joined FIITJEE(5 days) and unable to continue due to health problem, and they say they will not refund. We have paid post dated cheque (around 2 00 000), and its not even a month my brother went to this institute. Please suggest how can we get back refund. Even if cheque bounce back they will(FIITJEE) file against us, this is wrong. FIIT JEE is making business out of young people's lives, and what if the family don't have financial condition to pay. Please suggest. Thanks
