Fiitjee — no refund of 2 years fees given even after asking then to discontinue after 4-5 days only of batch commencement

I took admission in fiitjee pinnacle 2 year integrated program and had to pay 2 year fees all together. Just after less than a week of batch conmencement i decided to discontinue their classes as they were not of the level i expected and were not appropriate for me. I asked then for refund of my money but they refused saying that their documents say that it is not possible. I need help regarding my refund of fees and want the whole amount back.
