Fiitjee — Non refund of advance fees paid

Date : 11/06/2015 I paid fees for my son's coaching for 11th class science. But after attending 15 days he realised that the coaching is worst and do not won't to continue with the coaching. I asked them to refund by deducting some penalty for the period he took coaching. But they outrightly denied to pay fees. This is clearly against our right as consumer that I will not be refunded the proportionate amount for the services I am not availing
