Fiitjee — Request for Assistance with Samsung Tablet and Mypat Software

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Arkadip Gupta, and I was a student enrolled at FIITJEE Institute in South Kolkata in the year 2020 as part of the junior classroom batch with the batch code KSFYW204A02. My enrollment code was[protected]. I participated in a 4-year course but had to discontinue my studies at the institute after completing class 10 due to personal reasons.

During my time at FIITJEE, I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Tab-A (Model: SM-T595) for INR 30, 000, primarily for installing and using the "Mypat" software, which was an integral part of my study materials at the institute. However, I've encountered an issue with the tablet and the Mypat software.

Recently, I attempted to reset the Samsung tablet to its factory settings. However, I encountered a problem as the Mobile Device Management (MDM) software on the tablet appears to be preventing me from performing this reset. As a result, I am unable to use the tablet, and it has become non-functional for me.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue. Specifically, I require an offline enrollment code to exit the mode on the Samsung tablet, allowing me to regain control of the device and access the Mypat software.

Additionally, due to my busy schedule, it would greatly assist me if you could enable remote support from your IT Admin to expedite the resolution of this matter. I understand that my enrollment at FIITJEE has ended, but I hope that you can help me resolve this situation so that I can make use of the tablet for other purposes.

Please let me know the necessary steps, provide the offline enrollment code, or arrange for remote support to facilitate this process. Your prompt attention to this matter be greatly appreciated.
