This is with reference to my son Harsh Jindal, Regn No[protected]. He had enrolled for a 2 year coaching program for XI, and XII with your esteemed Institute.
As the batch was scheduled to be started from 24th Apr, he came to Delhi on 23rd Apr. Unfortunately on next day itself i.e. 24th Apr he started feeling quite uncomfortable due to home sickness and kept crying the whole day. We have tried to console him and make him understand, but he is not in the state of mind to continue staying here in Delhi and pursue the coaching, which has also been verified by your doctors/physician present at the institute. Any forceful attempts to make him continue could lead to him taking some wrong step.
Thus looking at the situation, we have decided to take him back along with us and not to continue with the coaching classes.
Looking at the genuine scenario, you are therefore requested to consider this request as formal intimation from me to cancel his enrollment and refund the total fee deposited after deducting the nominal administrative charges.
I had also tried to submit the application for canceling enrollment and refund, a Physical copy at your respective coaching center, but to my surprise, the same was not received/accepted by your institute citing the reason as they are not authorized to take cancellation and refund request, which was really surprising that the whole admin staff is sitting their for new enrollments and accept the fees but not accepting the grievances requests from the customers. This was really disappointing and dis heartening response from a such esteemed and reputed institute.
Looking forward to a positive response for the refund of the fee collected for the course for duration of 2 years.
My child has just attended one session on 24th Apr.
