Fiitjee — Scholarship Amount not Given

My Siste, r Ishika Sinsinwar, was admiited in Fiitjee 1year program (Gurgaon centre) with enrollemnet no[protected].

She took admission on the basis of Xtra Ray Edge Test (2019) and was given Rs 30, 000 scholarship. But they took the full fees and refunded only Rs 7, 500 in February, 2020. After that I have been calling their office in Gurgaon every month for remainder amount but they gave excuses due to corona we are not able to process it; and now for the past couple of months they've stopped picking up my calls altogether.

We are not sure what to do next.Please help.
