Fiitjee — Tab provided is not unlocking

I was a student enrolled in fiitjee but left the institute due to personal reasons but i had bought the 30, 000 rupee tab and now im unable to use it. Fiitjee has not done anything to disable their skin from my tab and I fell duped of 30, 000 as I cannot use it for purpose
