Your company (Mr.Tahir, Mr.Pankaj & Mr.Zakhir) has given me an offer @4180 rate and we have finalized on the given rate, considering it’s a big private limited company and trust they have shown.
Based on commitment, you were supposed to adjust the remaining difference amount/credit note i.e.[protected]Amrapali Agreement) - 4180 (FMG agreed) = 295 plus tax) by 15 Nov'2014 (3months after we signed an agreement), however from 15 november, Tahir & team has stop attending my calls and never got any credit note/difference amount, also his senior Kapil was not capable enough to assist in this scenario.

• Trail email shared by FMG for rate confirmation i.e. 4180
• Have Recording for every meeting.
• Advanced paid according to rate 4180
• Termination of Pankaj Sharma, Tahir & then KAPIL, which was conveyed by FMG.
• And many other reasons
Kindly get it sorted and release the amount ASAP.
