Dear Sir,
I was transferred from Bargarh (Odisha) to Delhi due to relocation of my job. As per the Motor and Vehicle Act, one need to get the NOC of his/her vehicle in order to register it to destination state. For your information i did the same and get the NOC (attached) of my vehicle on 19th Oct'20 from Bargarh RTO. While gone to South Delhi RTO, they denied to register my vehicle as it not a BS-6 model, hence they just write on my RC to cancel the NOC from Origin state and use the Vehicle on Bargarh RC without any cancellation charges as it just need to cancel it on system.
Now when i approached to Bargarh RTO (due to Covid issues and unavailability of RTO officer, the process gets delayed), i was asked to pay Rs 4200 for fine against NOC and various other Charges.
It is to inform you that going by rule (by taking NOC) make me penalty of approx. Rs 5000/- . It was better that i was not take NOC that time and just drive my two wheeler in other State. Now the condition is that i paid Cancellation charges and paid for Re-registration of my vehicle which i already have if not get the NOC...
I need refund of my Paid amount which was charged to me for not my mistake. Was this information helpful? |
