I was approached by this company-fini technologies for offline data entry work, she contacted me first and asked me to ping her on whatsapp, she told on whatsapp that about data entry work of 150 pages for 15 days and payment by their company rs.180 per page, and told me it's nice work, sitting at home you can work, you just have to give -2/3 hrs.. She asked me to pay 300 for registration on contract which i paid. When i asked if you are bluffing me she said, we will have contract wherein the company confirms your payment security, that company will pay you and nothing else on contract. Once payment done she asked me to give verification on video from phone when i asked what it is, she said simply just say "i have ready all terms and condition". Post that, they share me a link on my mail and asked to click on the link, to my surprise, - it was a digital signature confirmation. On the contract, i found that they took my half photo which was there on whatsapp profile without intimating me and forging my name on their contract. The contract was made on rs.100.
Now they are demanding the payment 15, 500 for wrong work sent to them, sharing me mail from advocate demanding money.
Please help me sir.
