We have enroled for channel partner thru ahmedabad office. Under the register name outshine facility management. As per policy same has not been activated even thru deposit amount of rs. 25000/- has been debited from account on 19.09.17. Which we have submitted one month back.
Now from last 5 months after submitting all the necessary exit formality, we are approching fino office ahmedabad for refund of our debited amount of rs. 25000/- (Deposit amount) but no satisfied reply has been received from ahmedabad branch and they are not able to confirm the date when they will refund the amount.
As per latest excuse rbi audit at mumbai office is going on from last 15 days.
As confirmation given by mr. Sachin and mr. Sandeep bhatt from ahmedabad office mr. Dinesh at head office is busy and not able to section.
