Fino Solution — Blackmailing

I have searched the work from home and randomly i got a msg from captcha filing work without investment for 5 days work . I have not completed the work and i got a threat of being arrested by police from random number and you have to pay the penalty of 6500 rs. Now the question is why should i pay the amount of 6500 as i already told that i dont want to continue and he is giving me threats that you will be arrested and bought to ahmedabad court with your parents and all they are msging me and harassing me and telling me to pay the amount and sending me legal notice and torchering me.
