Fintrade Financial Services — personal loan and no refund my money

I am indresh kumar from delhi, i have applied personal loan in july when i have talk fintrade financial services executive and he told send all relative document and pay processing fee 2000 after date we will process your loan i have paid that amount then again he call me and asking disbursal amount 13750 for disbursal loan amount in account i have paid that amount after that i have call many time but no one receive my call. After making all payment and send document company not giving loan on time. Know i want refund my all money but company not refund my money i have paid rs. 2000+13750, and no pic call 100 time a day no response.
