Hi Team,
My name is kamlesh lohani I have ordered fire-bolt talk bluetoot calling Smartwatch(Black Strap, 46), -view in 360 as on 23- july -2022 through Flipkart and the product was delivered on 28- July -2022 while receiving the product was working condition but after one month o[censored]se it stopped working and is neither getting charged nor getting on .I have registered for warranty in fire -bolt site .I have logged a complaints by calls to bolt on the 03-sep-2022, and 18-sep-2022, and 29-sep-2022, 10-Oct-2022, 29-Oct-2022, 02-Nov-2022 after so many calls I got reply back the product will be replaced after checking the defective product and the product was picked from me on 28th Aug-2022 through agent by fire bolt, also I was told that it may again it take around 10 to 15 days for the replacement it being now more than 4 months still no response form the fireball team. I connected the firebird customer service through phone and they replied it will be replaced and no replacement have been done till now I humbly request to you consider my complaint and take initiative.
