I placed an order for Fire-Boltt Dagger Luxe smartwatch on 15-Jun-23 on https://www.fireboltt.com. Order number is[protected]. While placing the order, the amount shown after discount was Rs.2999.10 and I paid the full amount through PaytmUPI. After placing the order, a revised amount of Rs.3282.52 was shown in the invoice. I assumed it to be some error as the product was shipped later. I got multiple messages from BlueDart (Courier company) about status of the product delivery. Initially, I got a message saying that I would have to pay Rs.2999.10 on delivery of product and again got a message saying that I have to pay Rs.3499 on delivery. Messages received from Bluedart is given below. During delivery, courier guy declined to provide the product to me saying that I have to pay Rs.3499. I showed him the message where I have already paid. However, he did not handover the product. Reached out to Fire-Boltt customer care regarding it and they suggested not to accept the product with additional amount paid. Hence, i had to cancel the delivery. However, this fault is from Fire-Boltt side and not my side. They should be delivering the product by providing the right details and not just cancel the product and refund. Called customer care multiple times and they standard message. The product returned to origin on 26-Jun. However, customer care is not refunding my money.
