Kindly note, I purchased Fire-Boltt Phoenix Ultra Luxury Stainless Steel, Bluetooth Calling Smartwatch on 02/11/2023 from Amazon. But unfortunately, I received a defective product and it was not working properly.
About that i had continued to follow up with Amazon customer care, but they denied my request and informed me they won't be able to replace or returned this product. Thereafter, I raised request on the consumer helpline portal, and they suggested kindly connect with Fire-Boltt service center and return this product.
On the based-on reply, I visited Fire-Boltt service center in thane dated on 09/12/2023 and returned this defective product and they confirmed me new pic will be delivered within next 10-15 working days. The returned receipt attached here for your ready reference.
Now, 25 days completed but I did not receive new smartwatch, however I have follow-up multiple times with your customer care number but the problem yet to be resolved.
I humble request to you kindly consider my request and replace the smartwatch or refund my money. Kindly support.
