Good morning sir / madam,
I was very much happy o[censored]sing fire boltt ring plus smart watch, and and suggested my friends, family and my students & colleagues to go for any of the fire boltt product because of happy customer service, but today i felt very bad about our brand, because of the customer care services also specifically the intermediator service station (ocean mobiles).
Need support from fire boltt to resolve my product display occurs lines at the top.

They doest even responding call, while visit yesterday evening, they asked me to come today morning. I too went with my product box bill and all, they simply denied to collect my product for telling simple reasons, and not even ready to listen my complaint. regarding this issue i contacted customer care number they too not even responding properly for my problem. I attached the conversation also with this mail. My place is 176km far away from this service station, so how can I continuously go and approach it repeatedly?
I kindly request you to consider my obligation and do the needful as soon as possible.
