First Flight Couriers — lost of my courier

Sir,
My courier had came at gaya on 15/03/18 at gaya branch but it was not delivered on my address. On enquiry at first flight office (Gaya) the staff members told that it has been lost by them and it was containing very important papers. Please help me!
