First Flight Couriers — packet loss

Updated by jaskirank89 Delivery boy at kartarpur branch, jalandhar, punjab naming - sahib nagar with phone no [protected] was to deliver consignment no w991q031497. He has delivered it to wrong person without any id verification. He says person came to collect the parcel and he hand over it.in run chart that person has signed it with my name and phone number. How is it possible? How can a person get my phone no? And how can he deliver it without verification.
My product was already paid and is lost now. I want a return of my money as soon as possible.

Head of this wing, Sahib Nagar with phone no: [protected] is responsible for mis guiding me about the packet.
he says he called me, and someone came to collect my packet. when i asked him to show cctv footage. he said some other person had taken it by mistake thinking it as his packet. but i want to know how he signed on the run chart with my phone no. and how sahib handed my packet without any verification. and strangely i never got any call for my packet status, neither he came to my house for delivery. THIS PERSON IS FRAUD. and is making me fool. its about a month i am dealing with this looser. i REQUEST company to pls refund my money(850) for the product i have ordered online, as payment was already done by me..
