I placed an order (Order No.23867) for a Crossfit golden colour smart watch and golden metallic strap on 08 December 2023, with Fit Technologies, 399, PFT, Prayagraj, 212208, WhatsApp Number [protected]. Faulty item was delivered on 13 December 2023, through Shiprocket, WhatsApp Number [protected], against payment of Rs.2000.00. I sent many mails to [protected]@crossfit.net.in for replacement of the item, but there was no response. I sent mails/ messages to Shiprocket (support @shiprocket.com) who directed me to contact the seller.
Please lodge a complaint against the seller for replacement of the faulty smart watch or refund of Rs.2000.00. Was this information helpful? |
