Five Online Web Solutions — No information about the delivery date of magazine

I have taken a subscription for 3 magazines from manorama publication..i have repeated asked them about the expected delivery...but there is no intimation or response from their side...after reading these reviews I think I have committed a mistake by taking their subscription.. I want my money back.

we are not into any product business.
This consumercomplaints site people are hurting brands online reputation. they dont even take care to list things properly.
