I had ordered on 22 may 2020 while browsing from fiza-shop.in for a
Bose soundlink revolve speaker. I got a confirmation call from a lady called ms. Manisha regarding my order and delivery address and payment method.
Later on 1st june a courier person from xpressbees courier service called reg. Delivery and payment to be kept ready.
Later in the afternoon, the person came and delivered and collected cash. I asked if the package can be opened before payment - he said no and took back the package and collected my payment in cash of rs. 3940/- and handed over the box. I opened the same in front of him and said that it is not the item ordered. He said that i need to speak to the concerned website customer care no. And he can do nothing about it. I have been trying to get assurance for a refund from the contact person by calling +91-[protected]. The no. Is not answered or picked up... Their email box too is full hence email complaints also getting bounced back.
