I have placed an order, # [protected]. For my anniversary. But it is not delivered, and while contacting the customer service, they refused to cancel the order or initiating the refund, simply by saying we are still working on it, and will be delivered shortly. Also they way they respond to the customers is highly unprofessional. Disappointed..!! I need my money back.. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I have been contacting the company for two days and neither the order is delivered nor they are refunding my amount. When I chatted they said today by 9 it will be done the same was not done. This is our hard earned money plz do something. They are cheating customes😠😠😠😠😠
