Hi, i've order flower bouquet, cake and chocolate to deliver to ramanathapuram on 17th may 2016. i've search few websites and i found http://www.flaberry.com/ can deliver to ramanathapuram. i made order and made payment by credit card. the payment was accepted and they process to delivery. on same day, flaberry email said they cancelled order because can't delivery that place and will refund to my credit card within 3 - 10 working days. i've waited about 2 weeks and no refund from them. after that i've live chat with them and also send followup email, the answer was already initiated payment on 24th may 2016. i told them there is no refund and sent my cc statement to them. every follow up email from them saying the refund amount will showup next credit card statement. i already gave them suggestion when chat on june 16, if really can't refund, those order item send to chennai address. the chat person aditya agreed if july cc statement does not show refund. after that no more news/ email and i've sent follow up email, no response for that.
