Sir, I have provided them my passports (4) for my family for Tourist Visa for Malaysia on 26th March 2016. They have assured me that they will complete the process and hand over my passport by 6th of April 2016. I had followed up with them and they keep on saying that it is under process. Today on 7th of April i had a doubt on them and I called Malaysian Consulate, Chennai to find of the status. I got to know that my and my family members passport is not yet submitted in embassy for process. When I asked the same to them they are saying that they have my passport and I can do whatever i want. Please help me to resolve this issue.
