I had booked a ticket in the name of CHAYANIKA KUMARI from Flight XP whose PNR is Y98SV and ticket no. is[protected] with Trip ID no.[protected]. Flight was scheduled from Kolkata to Chennai for 27th May, 2020. Due to pandemic flight was cancelled. Now i am unable to cancel the ticket neither from Airlines nor from Travel agent. Travel agent customer care no is auto answered and unable to talk to anyone. I had send the mail but mail has not been replied. In the sight unable to retrieve ticket due to server error.
