I ordered this product from Flipkart on 16th September and the product was supposed to be delivered by 20th Sept. However I received a message from seller that due to delay in delivery the order is cancelled, but this was never updated on Flipkart profile and it says the product is shipped. I raised a cancellation request on 27th Sept which was rejected with comment that since order is shipped it cannot be canceled. I have raised multiple request that either my product is delivered or I get my refund back but it has been almost 2 months without any solution. I have spoken to 15 executives and every-time I hear same statement that we understand your problems and blah blah but no resolution. I have struggled last 2 months with so much mental stress.
