Flipbiz — Folding student chairs with writing table: Money paid then no communication at all

I paid rs 3435 for 15 folding student chairs with writing table
The money went thru PayU and I got a receipt from PayU on 25th Sep. Transaction no. [protected] paid to NITIN BALUBHAI PANSURIYA

BUT THEN TOTAL SILENCE. I wrote to the flip biz support email but that bounced - not delivered. Now their website flip biz.in also won't open!

I have been royally scammed apparently. Help!!
